Heidi Smith
I have lived in the Bend area for almost a decade. I love Bend and outlying communities and enjoy sharing Bend’s beautiful geography, area attractions, local events, and many, many, beautiful homes and neighborhoods with my clients. I have a bachelor degree in education/human relations and take great pride in providing my clients with complete knowledge of Central Oregon! I am a member of Central Oregon Association of Realtors®, Oregon Realtors® Asso., and National Asso. of Realtors®. I have an ABR(Accredited Buyers Representative) designation and am working towards my Principal Brokers License. As a dedicated professional, my goal is to represent you and yours, with knowledge of our area, current market information, marketing (for homeowners), offer and negotiation skills, transaction follow-up, and most importantly, protection through-out the sale or purchasing process. Most people don’t sell or purchase a home every month. Well, through my clients, I do!
