Dan Cardot
Dan Cardot has been involved with real estate development since 1996. He has been involved in projects in San Diego, CA, Maui, HI, and Scottsdale, AZ as well as Central Oregon for the past seven years. He has developed subdivisions and created hobby farms in both La Pine and Terrebonne and has participated in the preliminary development of a 5,000 Ac. destination resort. Dan has extensive experience in working with 1031 exchange and Tenants in Common investment clients. He has over 20 years in construction experience and has purchased and renovated preforeclosure, short sale and bank owned property.
On the personal side, Dan serves on several non-profit and community association boards and enjoys working with youth and mission related groups. He has worked closely with the Bend City Council in relation to the issues surrounding affordable housing, as well as the homeless in Central Oregon. He enjoys the challenges of complex issues and working to bring people together to provide a positive outcome for all parties involved.
In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, hiking, mountain biking and participating in sports activities with his wife, Anne and their three children.
