Gloria Coon
Buying and selling real estate has always been a passion of mine. I have personally negotiated the purchase and sale of many properties over the years. Although my family has always come first, I consider myself to be a business person who excels in the art of negotiation. After selling the executive transportation business that I owned in Portland, Oregon for over eight years, choosing a full-time career in real estate seemed perfectly natural to me.
I grew up in the Willamette Valley and began coming to Central Oregon in the 1980's. With my husband and small children I enjoyed spending time every summer in Sunriver and the surrounding area. I have always loved the change of seasons that Central Oregon has to offer, so when the opportunity came my way to make this area our permanent residence, my husband Jim and I jumped at the chance.
I firmly believe that the goal of any great realtor is to serve the specific needs of the client. Period. If you are selling, then I'm all about getting you the most money possible for your property. If you are a buyer then my only goal is to find you a place to call home that is as close to perfect for you as possible. It's never about me. It's always about you.
