John Bancroft
Background:
John moved to Bend in 2002 from Flathead Lake, Montana. Prior
to living in Montana he resided in the Jackson Hole, Wyoming
area for 37 years. He has been and a Realtor® since 2002.
Goal: To
continue to lead a productive life, and to serve his clients
in an ethical and prompt manner. To make Real Estate experiences
pleasant and rewarding for both himself and his clients.
Work Experience:
John owned and operated Bancroft Construction Inc. from 1964
through 1998 until he sold his company to his son. Bancroft
Construction Inc. was involved in commercial and residential
construction as well as the developing and marketing of residential
housing. His company was the largest and oldest locally owned
company in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. From 1983-1998 his company
was almost totally involved in construction of very high end
residences in Jackson Hole Wyoming. Prior to 1983 his business
primarily was in the construction of commercial, multifamily
and mid range residential housing projects.
He later formed Bancroft Consulting, a
construction consulting firm from 1998 - 2002. John's knowledge
in these two fields as well as marketing his own product's
allows him to be of service to buyers or sellers in any segment
of the Real Estate market.
Personal:
John has 7 children and 10 grandchildren. His hobbies include
golf, fishing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
