Kendra Ratcliff

Kendra's passion for adventure was fueled at an early age by her father who raced Porsches on the West Coast. With his encouragement Kendra pursued outdoor sports from surfing to open sea sailing with motorcycle racing and helicopter flying in-between. These pursuits and a true wanderlust have carried Kendra to literally the four corners of the earth: from the Australian Outback to the African Safari-Canada's NW Territory to Central America.

Yet this same father also involved her from an early age into his line of work. He was one of the early developers in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Kendra was raised in the industry and has made it her life's work. Her experience ranges from hands-on involvement with the development of residential subdivisions and luxurious lifestyle resorts to full representation in large recreational acreage and complex multi-party transactions.
