Toni Williams
I discovered Central Oregon back in the 1970s, vacationing here in summer and winter and knew that I would eventually call this place home. My husband and I moved here in the spring of 2000 and have enjoyed every minute of it: from golf and hiking in the summertime to snowboarding and snowmobiling in the wintertime, I try to appreciate this incredible place and all it has to offer.
After growing up near Portland, Oregon, I returned to my birthplace and attended Clemson University in South Carolina. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 1992. After college I worked for nearly 10 years in the securities industry as an operations manager and licensed sales associate in San Diego and then here in Bend. From this, I developed an awareness of people's wants and needs as well as how to balance the two with courtesy and respect.
I co-own High Desert Concrete Pumping with my husband, Perry. Helping him with his business has given me a unique insight to real estate in Central Oregon. We have been involved in many projects within some exclusive communities including Remington Ranch, Pronghorn, Mavericks at Sunriver and Caldera Springs to name a few.
My educational and professional backgrounds help me assist my clients, both buyers and sellers, by better understanding the current market and evolving trends. The desire to help people fulfill their dreams and the close, personal interaction involved in real estate led me to this profession. Nothing is more satisfying than handing over the keys to a new home or placing that SOLD sign on your property!
